In this Software Carpentry Workshop you will learn the Unix Shell, Git and R
This example-driven two-day workshop will teach core computing skills that will help you be more productive and effective. We'll alternate short tutorials with hands-on practical exercises. Participants are encouraged to help one another and to apply what they are learning to their own research problems during the workshop.
Participants should bring their own laptop.

The workshop is free and open to researchers, staff, and students. It is funded by the Munich Center for Machine Learning and the LMU Open Science Center, supported by The University Library and the Department of Psychology, and hosted by the LMU Center for Digital Humanities. Please register with your university email address!
This workshop has a limited number of seats. Please only register if you can commit to attend both days.
